My name is Mike Tonk and I am a doctor of complementary or alternative medicine and natural healing methods based in Woodford Green, Essex which is close to many areas of North London.I qualified as a doctor of alternative medicine from world council of alternative medicine canada eight years back in association with all world open university headquarters colombo.

My therapies include Reiki, Pranic Healing, Chi-Kung, Reflexology, Acupressure, Counselling and Meditation.

With Reiki I can show you a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use.

With Pranic Healing I introduce a simple yet powerful no-touch energy healing system based on the principle that the body is "self-repairing" and possesses the ability to heal itself.

With Chi-Kung you will learn the art of developing vital energy particularly for health, vitality, mind expansion and spiritual cultivation.

With Reflexology I apply a gentle therapy which works on the feet to encourage the body, naturally, to restore its own healthy balance.

With Acupressure all aspects of a person: body, emotions, mind, and spirit are treated as one, not as separate parts, to relax muscular tension and balance the life forces of the body.
